werkDealWeek — Terms of Use
1. Scope
These terms apply to your use of the DealWeek app. Contractual partner is werk2 UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Von-Schildeck-Str. 15, 36043 Fulda. The general app terms of use also apply. If there is a conflict, these DealWeek terms take precedence.
2. Service
DealWeek helps with meal planning using retail offers. Free and premium features may differ. Premium subscriptions and in-app purchases — where offered — are billed through the respective app store.
DealWeek is an organisation tool; offer data may be incomplete or change. It does not replace dietary or medical advice.
3. Account
An account is required to use the app. Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account to the extent you are liable for it.
4. Permitted use
Use the app lawfully and without abuse. Prohibited conduct includes attacks on systems, accessing other users’ data without authorisation, and automated bulk requests.
5. Content
You remain responsible for content you store in the app. Unlawful or harassing content is not allowed. werk2 may remove such content and, for serious breaches, suspend access.
6. Premium, cancellation, deletion
Prices and features of paid offers are as shown in the app or store at the time of purchase. Store subscriptions are cancelled in the respective store settings.
You may stop using the app at any time and request deletion of your account at info@werk2.group.
7. Liability
werk2 is fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body, or health. For slight negligence, werk2 is liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to typically foreseeable damage. Otherwise, section 11 of the general app terms applies.
8. Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. If individual clauses are invalid, the remainder stays in effect.
