LocalLoop — Terms of Use
The German product text at localloop-app.de/terms.html is authoritative. This page summarises the same terms in English. The general app terms on werk2.group do not apply to LocalLoop.
1. Scope
These terms apply to the LocalLoop B2B partner app and localloop-app.de. Contractual partner is werk2 UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Von-Schildeck-Str. 15, 36043 Fulda.
2. Service
LocalLoop helps businesses guide neighbourhood guests and reward walk-in customers with offers. Use includes the partner app and the guest surface on localloop-app.de (QR scan, optional rating, offer). Features and availability may evolve.
3. Account
An account may be required for the partner app. Keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account to the extent you are liable for it.
4. Permitted use
Use lawfully and without abuse. Prohibited conduct includes attacks on systems, unauthorised access to others’ data, and automated bulk requests.
5. Content
You remain responsible for content you store (e.g. business and offer details). Unlawful or harassing content is not allowed. werk2 may remove such content and, for serious breaches, suspend access.
6. Fees
During the pilot there are no fees for using LocalLoop. When billing is enabled, partner payments run via Stripe; prices and terms then follow the offer in the app or checkout. App Store in-app purchases are not the payment path for this B2B product.
7. Liability
werk2 is fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body, or health. For slight negligence, werk2 is liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to typically foreseeable damage. Product liability remains unaffected.
8. Changes
We may adjust these terms for technical, legal or product reasons. The current version is available at this URL and at localloop-app.de/terms.html.
9. Governing law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules at the place of residence remain unaffected.
