The general app privacy policy also applies. If there is a conflict, this document takes precedence for Evenly.

2. Scope

Evenly is an app for organising household tasks together between partners (account, household, tasks, settings, optional premium subscription).

Evenly does not sell a yearly plan. The paid product is the monthly subscription evenly_premium_monthly (Evenly Premium).

3. Data we process

• Account — email address, display name, user ID (Supabase Auth UUID), authentication data and session tokens
• Household and task data — content you create (e.g. household name, tasks, assignments, completions, invite code)
• Settings — e.g. reminder times, in-app preferences
• Push — device push token (Expo push token) and message delivery if you allow notifications. The token is stored on your profile.
• Usage event — on app start we store evenly_app_open in our database. It does not include a user identifier and is used for product statistics, not advertising.
• Premium / subscription status — whether the household has Premium and which user ID is tied to the store purchase. Payment details (cards, Apple ID invoices) are processed by Apple or Google, not by werk2.
• Technical data — app/device information and logs for security and troubleshooting
• Support — content of your messages to info@werk2.group

Evenly asks before it tells TikTok Technology Limited that the app was installed and whether an account or Premium was started. If you allow it, and on iOS only if the system tracking prompt is also allowed, TikTok receives this device’s advertising ID and those events. Tasks, household name, and email are not sent to TikTok. If you do not allow it, Evenly does not start the TikTok SDK. You can withdraw permission in the app under Profile → TikTok-Werbemessung; new events stop from the next launch. We do not sell data to data brokers.

4. Purposes and legal bases

• Providing, syncing, account and support — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR
• Security and abuse prevention — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR
• Optional push notifications — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent / OS permission)
• Paid subscription via the App Store / Google Play — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR
• Anonymous usage event evenly_app_open for product statistics — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR
• Legal obligations — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR
• Advertising measurement toward TikTok — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25 TDDDG, plus the iOS tracking permission

5. Recipients / processors

• Supabase (auth, database, realtime) — region eu-central-1; processing on behalf of werk2
• RevenueCat — subscription status and store purchase information, linked to the Evenly user ID so Premium stays active after purchase and restore
• Apple / Google — billing of the in-app subscription, store distribution and (if allowed) push delivery
• Expo — app operation, push tokens and, where used, Expo Push delivery
• TikTok Technology Limited — advertising measurement, only after permission

RevenueCat, Apple, Google, Expo and TikTok may process data in the United States or outside the EU. Section 8 of the general app privacy policy (international transfers) also applies.

6. Retention

We store account data while your account exists. Delete it in the app under Profile → Konto löschen or by emailing info@werk2.group.

If you started the household: deleting your account also deletes the household and all tasks in it. The other person’s account remains. On their next sign-in they get their own empty household.

If you are the partner: only your account is deleted. The household and tasks stay with the other person. If you bought the store subscription, Premium on the household is turned off.

Leave household: you leave, the other person keeps the household and tasks. Only the person who started the household can remove the partner; they keep the household and tasks.

The usage event evenly_app_open is not linked to your user ID and is not specifically deleted with the account. We keep it for at most 24 months.

Store subscriptions and payment records remain with Apple or Google. Deleting the Evenly account does not cancel the store subscription.

7. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and complaint to a supervisory authority (including HBDI, Hesse). Contact: info@werk2.group.

8. Children

Evenly is not directed at persons under 16.

The version published on this page with the stated date applies.
