2. Scope
PetRoutine is an app for organising daily plans for pets in a household (account, household, pet data, plans, optional premium, optional notifications/sitter features).
3. Data we process
- Account — email address, display name, authentication data / session tokens via the auth service
- Household, pet and plan data — content you create (e.g. pet name, daily plan items, completions, invite code)
- Emergency / sitter contacts — e.g. an optional phone number you store
- Settings — e.g. reminder times, preferences
- Technical data — app/device information and logs for security and troubleshooting
- Push — device push token and message delivery if you allow notifications (expo-notifications / platform push)
- Premium / subscription status — information about paid feature status; payment data for store purchases is processed by the respective store provider
- Support — content of your messages to info@werk2.group
4. Purposes and legal bases
- Providing, syncing and supporting the service — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR
- Security and abuse prevention — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR
- Optional push notifications — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent / OS permission)
- Paid features via app stores — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR
- Legal obligations — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR
5. Recipients / processors

Supabase (auth, database, realtime) — region
eu-central-1; processing on behalf of werk2 - Expo / Apple / Google — as required for app operation, push delivery and/or store distribution
- Apple / Google — billing of in-app purchases and subscriptions, where used
6. Retention
We store account and app data while your account exists or legal retention duties apply. After account deletion we remove related data unless retention is legally required. Request deletion at info@werk2.group.
7. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and complaint to a supervisory authority (including HBDI, Hesse). Contact: info@werk2.group.
8. Children
PetRoutine is not directed at persons under 16.
